scripts: useful and otherwise

This probably was the reason for errors I heard some people got. IE sometimes saves jpeg/jpg files as jpe and sometimes changes the image type to image/pjpeg. Since only regular jpeg, jpg, gif, png files were allowed this would not allow some IE users to upload their jpeg/jpg files. This has been fixed in 3.02.

Here is the upgrade zip for those who are already up to date with 3.01 containing only the changes files:

Remember to change the includes/cache and your image folder to CHMOD 755 if you can.

For those who already have phpFan installed just upload:

upgrade301.php (includes)

lang_en_installupgradephpfan (includes)

index.php (admin)

joined.php (admin)

checklinks.php (admin)

Run upgrade301.php and then delete it. The check links system should work correctly now.
