scripts: useful and otherwise

I’ve been working on the issues with the new sort feature in phpFan Addon - Wishlist and have upgraded phpFan to work with the new version.

CHANGES FROM PHPFAN 3.2.8 TO 3.2.9

- Changed to work with newer versions of phpFan Addon - Wishlist

CHANGES FROM PHPFAN ADDON - WISHLIST 1.0.3 to 1.0.4

- Drag and drop (by Scriptaculous) now used to order wishlisters.
