Remember to always make backups of all your files!

1. Unzip the full phpFan zip file.
2. Delete all the old files except conf.inc.php. Leave the folders, including the cache folder.
3. Upload all the new files except conf.inc.php, look at new conf.inc.php file, transfer old information. Remember to change your secret word!
4. Login to your phpFan admin control panel and run ‘Upgrade?’ underneath ‘Maintenance’.
5. If everything goes correctly delete upgrade.php, sql.php, sqlinstall.php, and install.php.
6. Login to your phpFan admin control panel and run ‘Upgrade?’ underneath ‘Maintenance’.
